Alraish Travel needed a polished UK-facing website for Hajj and Umrah packages — and an internal admin system strong enough to track customers, manage packages, and run the operation day to day.
The challenge
Pilgrims needed a clear way to browse packages and register without friction. Scattered information and manual intake made it harder for travellers to commit — and harder for staff to respond consistently.
Behind the scenes, customer tracking and package management lived outside a unified system. That meant ops work depended on spreadsheets, inbox threads, and tribal knowledge.
The public site and the admin portal had to feel like one product: a registration on the website should become a manageable record in the CRM, not a disconnected handoff.
